AWS User Group Jakarta welcomes practitioners, builders, and community members who want to share useful AWS lessons.
AWS Community Day speakers: Submit through the same Speakers page. Choose the Community Day CFP when it is listed as open. The same application guide also applies to monthly meetups and workshops.
Current Opportunities
- AWS Community Day: sessions for our annual community conference.
- Monthly meetups and workshops: community talks, deep dives, lightning talks, and hands-on sessions.
Each open CFP identifies its event and session format before you apply.
How to Apply
Step 1: Visit the Speakers Page
Open Apply to Speak. Review open CFPs, then choose the Community Day CFP for Community Day or another CFP matching your proposed session.

Step 2: Start Your Application
Click Apply to Speak in the page hero or select an open session format.

Step 3: Sign In with Google
Continue with Google Sign-In. This matches your application, prevents duplicates, and lets you revisit active submissions.

Step 4: Complete Your Proposal
Describe your session, target audience, technical level, and relevant experience. Include practical examples, lessons learned, or a demo plan when useful.

Proposal tips:
- State concrete attendee outcomes.
- Use specific AWS services, architecture decisions, or real-world lessons.
- Match scope to selected session format.
- Avoid product pitches.
- Explain required audience knowledge.
