We are plan to hosting monthly event regularly. Therefore, in order to make the event runs regularly, We need to make a talent pool for speakers which can be filled by community members interested in sharing their knowledge.
How to Join?
Our speaker talent pool is always open. Follow these steps to add your profile and become part of our community of speakers:
Step 1: Visit the Speakers Page
Navigate to our Speakers page to explore our Call for Speakers (CFP) program.
Step 2: Open the Call for Speakers Dialog
Click the “Apply as a Speaker” button in the hero section to initiate your CFP submission.
Step 3: Securely Sign In with Google
Once you click continue, you will be prompted to authenticate using Google Sign-In.
Why we authenticate the users:
- Secures your speaker application profile.
- Syncs your session proposals and details.
- Automatically prevents duplicate submissions and lets you edit active submissions.
Step 4: Filling up the Form we Given
Pro Tips for a Strong Proposal:
- ✅ Be specific about what attendees will learn.
- ✅ Include real-world examples or case studies.
- ✅ Mention if you’ll have live demos or code samples.
- ✅ Be clear about the technical level required.
- ✅ Show your expertise and passion for the topic.
Step 5: Submit and Confirm
What happens next:
- Your profile and talk proposal are saved securely in our speaker talent pool.
- Organizers will review your proposal ahead of upcoming meetups.
- We will reach out 2-4 weeks before an event if your talk matches our schedule to confirm your availability!

You can view or revise your submission at any time by clicking you avatar in the top right corner and clicking on the My Applications
