AWS Community Day volunteers: Apply through the same Volunteer page. Choose an open Community Day division when it is listed. The same application guide also applies to monthly meetups and workshops.

Each open division identifies its event and role before you apply.
How to Apply
Step 1: Visit the Volunteer Page
Open Apply to Volunteer. Review open divisions, then choose a Community Day division for Community Day or another division matching your skills, interests, and availability.
Step 2: Start Your Application
Click Apply to Volunteer in the page hero or select an open division.
Step 3: Sign In with Google
Continue with Google Sign-In. This matches your application, prevents duplicates, and lets you revisit active submissions.
Step 4: Complete Your Application
Share relevant skills, experience, preferred division, and availability. Include community work, projects, or event experience when relevant.

- Be clear about availability before, during, and after event day.
- Mention other divisions you can support.
Step 5: Submit and Track Your Application
Review details before submitting. Organizers review applications for selected event and division.
You can view or revise active submissions from My Applications in account menu.
What Happens Next
Submitting an application does not guarantee a volunteer slot. Organizers review applications based on division needs, availability, and team balance. Selected volunteers receive onboarding and schedule details directly.
