We are plan to hosting monthly event regularly. Therefore, in order to make the event runs regularly, We need to make a talent pool for volunteers which can be filled by community members interested in contributing their skills.
How to Join?
Our volunteer talent pool is always open. Follow these steps to add your profile and become part of our community of volunteers:
Step 1: Visit the Volunteer Page
Navigate to our Volunteer page to explore the various volunteer divisions.
What you’ll see:
- Modern, grid-based cards displaying open volunteer divisions.
- Roles, responsibilities, and technical/non-technical skills needed for each division.
- An “Apply to Volunteer” button to initiate the unified application process.
Step 2: Open the Application Dialog
Click the “Apply to Volunteer” button in the hero section or on any division card. This launches the division selection menu right inside the page.
What you’ll see:
- An interactive dialog prompting you to choose your preferred volunteer division.
- Compact division descriptions with custom icons for quick selection.
Step 3: Securely Sign In with Google
Once you select your division and continue, you will be prompted to authenticate using Google Sign-In.
Why we authenticate:
- Secures your application profile.
- Syncs your volunteer application state.
- Automatically prevents duplicate applications and tracks status.
Step 4: Filling up the Form we Given

- ✅ Mention any relevant projects or community work.
- ✅ Indicate your availability and time commitment.
- ✅ Show your passion for community building.
- ✅ Highlight both technical and soft skills.
Step 5: Submit and Confirm
What happens next:
- Your application is saved securely in our volunteer talent pool.
- Organizers will review your profile ahead of upcoming events.
- We will reach out 2-4 weeks before an event if we have openings in your division to confirm your availability!
